University of St. Thomas Houston Celts Women’s Soccer ID Camp

Come and join the University of St. Thomas Houston Celts Women’s Soccer ID Camp. It is a two-day event that will fall on the 21st of July and the 22nd of July. This soccer identification camp aims at providing the attendees a fun, positive, creative and motivational training environment. It includes advanced-level technical and tactical training sessions and competitive small side and full side games. In addition, the registration fee which includes a camp t-shirt is  $275 per player. This soccer training program will be ideal for those who aspire to become a college soccer student-athlete. Moreover, the program is available for both field players and goalkeepers.

The head coach of the University of St. Thomas Houston Celts women’s soccer team is Nikola Barjaktarevic, a native of Belgrade, Serbia. He is now entering his fifth season at the helm of the Celts women’s soccer program. Coach Nikola Barjaktarevic is a bachelor’s degree in Education and Health graduate from Union University. Meanwhile, he earned his Master of Arts in Teaching degree at Hastings College. Coach Nikola Barjaktarevic is also a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) “A” coaching license and a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Premier Diploma holder. Ultimately, Coach Nikola Barjaktarevic is a three-time RRAC Coach of the Year awardee. He is also the 2011 NSCAA Regional Coach of the Year. Then, the University of St. Thomas Houston Celts women’s soccer assistant coaches are Jan Christiansen, Kyle Smith, and Eric Briggs. Coach Jan Christiansen is now entering his fifth season with the coaching staff which Coach Smith and Coach Briggs are entering their second season with the coaching staff. Finally, the team’s student assistant coaches are Chelsea York and Lina Whitt.
